Old Trafford is tomorrow. But first, Manchester itself. After being collected and transferred to your hotel, your CEO is on hand with the inside knowledge on the best the city has to offer. Take the afternoon to settle in at your own pace. When evening comes, the group heads out for a handpicked tour of Manchester's finest local pubs, each with its own story — the perfect first chapter of a very good few days.

Matchday at Old Trafford
Today's the day. Your VIP Manchester United matchday begins with private group transportation and curated stops en route — supporter pubs alive with the kind of pre-match energy only this club generates. At the Theatre of Dreams you enter through the dedicated hospitality entrance and take your luxury padded seat in the North East Quadrant, lounge access throughout. Complimentary hot food on arrival, a match programme and half-time tea and coffee. Football at its most storied. Depending on kick-off time, your stadium tour may be included on this day. If that's not possible, don’t worry — it’ll be moved to another part of your football trip.

After Old Trafford, today takes you somewhere completely different — a grassroots match from the terraces where the ground is small, the crowd is close and every tackle resonates personally. Scheduled around kick-off, your CEO gathers the group at a local pub for Premier League fixtures on screen, pints flowing and the room building with every decision. No VIP lounges. No luxury seating. Just the game.

Once the football's done, Manchester has plenty left to give. After a relaxed breakfast, a local guide takes you through the city's food scene — independent spots, neighbourhood haunts and the kinds of stops that reward curiosity over convenience. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. Your CEO rounds everyone up for a final optional group dinner that evening — share the stories, do the week justice and raise a glass to one of the great football cities on earth.

One last breakfast, then Manchester lets you leave. Departures are at your leisure — no rush, no fixed time, just the journey home from a trip worth every part of it.
Is travel insurance required for my trip?
Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. When travelling on a group trip, you will not be permitted to join the group until evidence of travel insurance has been sighted by your leader, who will take note of your insurance details. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation and repatriation. A minimum coverage of USD200,000 is required. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. Some tours include adventure activities that require extra coverage (e.g. crampon use); please review your itinerary and make sure that you are covered for all included activities. If you have credit card insurance we require proof of purchase of the trip (a receipt of credit card statement) with a credit card in your name. Contact your bank for details of their participating insurer, the level of coverage and emergency contact telephone number.
